Coach's Digest: Ball hits the top of the Backboard

"... In the NBA, if a ball hits the top of the backboard is still in play, meanwhile at FIBA the ball is "out". May you clear me this situation and the differences ? ..."

In the NBA, High School & College Rules: a ball that hits the top of the backboard is still in play: the only part of the backboard that's out of bounds is its back; both sides, top, and bottom are in play.
The edges of the board and the front side of the board are all in bounds. If the ball passes over the top of the board, however, it is out of bounds (except in International/FIBA rules).
